Černý indický čaj z prvního sběru z hranic s Nepálem. Sběr 2 a 3. dubna 2021. Pro celý svět vyrobeno 150 kg této šarže. Z kultivaru AV2.

 Charakteristika

Zeleninové, sladké a jarní podtóny. Květinová chuť, charakteristická pro jarní sběry Darjeelingu s jemnou texturou po muškátu na patře. Nálev barvy šampaňského. Vhodný pro celodenní konzumaci. Ideální v kombinaci s jemným a krémovým kozím sýrem.

Region : On the border with Nepal, a prestigious plantation known worldwide for the quality of its tea plants and its know-how.
Harvest : Final bud plus one leaf.
Singularities : Lot harvested on April 2nd and 3rd 21, crafted on April 7th and 8th 2021.1,441 kg of fresh leaves were necessary to produce this 150 kg batch. From cultivar AV2.

TASTING NOTES:
Dry leaves : Vegetal, sweet and spring-like notes.
Attack : Flowery, characteristic of Spring Darjeeling's teas, alternating with both lightly stewed, gourmet (sweet almond) and vegetal notes.
Heart : Notes of white musk, sweet and floral. Fresh and enveloping texture of muscatel on the palate.
Long lasting notes : Soft and warmly flowered, characteristic of Spring lots of this plantation.
Color of infusion : Champagne coloured
